Standard Delivery - Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Recorded Delivery - Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Please note that if your Standard order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit. Orders Over £20 - Free Standard Delivery within the UK.

Orders Over £40 - Free Recorded Delivery within the UK.

Orders Over £100 - Free Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK.

Lost/ Stolen / delayed and misrouted orders

Customers must wait 21 days before an item can be considered lost or stolen. We will not give a refund or resend the item till we have made a claim with Royal Mail.

If the item has been lost through the royal mail system we will research into the problem and put a claim form in. Once the problem /claim has been solved you will be issued a full refund on the order.

We advise customers that the post may be delayed in the delivery of the order. Therefore we ask customers to wait 2 weeks after the order has been shipped. If it hasn't arrived by then please contact us and we shall sort the problem.

Sending orders to other addresses

We can do this however you must place each order separately and pay the postage charge if applicable.

Cancelling Orders or Items Before and After Shipping

If you would like to cancel your order/ items please contact us.

You can cancel your order with a full refund before the order is shipped however please contact us and we shall issues a refund and cancel the order.

If your order is sent out and you would like to cancel the order, we would need a return on the items before full refund issued. Please see below on information about returns

Returns

• Products can be returned for any reason within 7 days of initial purchase.

• Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.

• Single cards MUST be returned in the same condition as sent out. If card isn't in same condition as it was sent out 50% or more will be reduced from the refund depending on damage.

• Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and UNOPENED

• Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.

• Products not returned in the same or condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value or more. It doesn't apply to items being returned due to manufacturing damage and if the item was already damaged

• ANY Mystery and or Random items cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these items being random, we cannot accept returns on any of these products. You will receive all the items stated in the description and contents will vary by order. Items can come from one set or a variety of sets.
